The Base Camp | Borovets

The high mountain luxury complex “The Base Camp” is in the biggest mountain resort in Bulgaria, Borovets,  and is situated at 1350 meters altitude, at the foot of the  highest  summit in the balkan peninsula called Musala – It’s located 11 km away from Samokov and  75 km away from the bulgarian capital Sofia. The Resort offers favorable climatic conditions for relaxation all the year round .

“The Base Camp“ complex is situated at 1 430 above sea level and  in the highest part of the resort Borovets, 100 m away from the existing ski tracks and the fourseats lift – Yastrebets 1 and Yastrebets 2. In the close of the builiding within one year will be build  a cabin lift, which is going to connect the resort with the nearest city – Samokov. The Architecture is in the tipical for the region mountain style  with a underground and overground parking.

The Complex is with a spread out built up area from 4 823 sq.m. and will be built on a plot with an area of 1 900 sq.m. The Complex has a restaurant, lobby bar, sauna, fitness hall, ski wardrobe, indoor swimming pool and stores. We offer for sale variety of studios, one bed and two bed apartments.
The apartments will be completed in a luxury mode , with and outer thermal insulation, german PVC - joinery, terracotta, sanitary faience, laminated parquet, boiler, shower cbins, convector heating and adapted to be used all the year round.

An apartment can be reserved with a reservatiion fee of EUR 1000 which is valid for 20 days term. The reservation fee is deducted from the first payment on signing the preliminary agreement.

Payment Schedule:

30% payment on the signing of the Preliminary Contract
40% payment when the roof goes on
20% payment on practical completion of the building
10% when signing the Final Contract

Maintenance fee:  9.50 euro per sq/m annually

The expected annual rent from the estate will be about  8 %.
Start of the Construction – 30.01.2008.

Completion date: december 2009
