Background Finance Checks: Just Borovets carry out rigorous financial checks on each developer we work with, ensuring that each developer has the finances to complete the building without having to rely on sales. Previous developers have started buildings without appropriate finances, relying on sales to complete construction – when sales figures weren’t met it left a lot of people without a property and out of pocket. Just Borovets financial background checks ensure this won’t happen to any of our clients.
Weekly construction checks: On a weekly basis one of our construction team will visit each site we are marketing, carrying out checks on the build and the standard of each and every development. These checks ensure that the development is being built to specification, to the highest quality finish and in line with all local building criteria.
Website Updates: After construction checks, pictures and updates from each development are regularly posted on our website, enabling customers and potential customers to monitor the progress of their property from the comfort of their own home.Just Borovets carry out construction management on all of our developments at no extra cost to the consumer.
